Kilronan Castle Break

Welcome back lovelies! I’ve been meaning to get around to this review for a couple of weeks now, lots of you will have seen the pics at the time on my snapchat: candhhblog but I wanted to give you the full lowdown. If you are following me for sometime you will know we have been to Kilronan Castle quite a few times and it never disappoints however on our previous stay we had felt like something was missing and when we spoke to management about our concerns we were told that there was a restructure at management level and asked us back to change our experience which we were happy to do because Kilronan has been part of some wonderful memories for both my husband and I.

Going back I suppose we had some reservations but these were quickly dispelled – that’s for sure. We spent the morning in their wonderful spa I can honestly say one of the nicest I have ever been in, their hudrotherapy facilities are top class!

I am such a huge fan of the Elemis Cleansing Balm that I had the Elemis Biotech facial my therapist was wonderful and so knowledgable on the products, my skin felt like new afterwards!

My husband and I then tried the Resul Mud Chamber it is a wonderful experience for couples, my skin felt exfoliated & silky soft after I would highly recommend.

We then retired to our room for a chill out before getting ready for dinner. Our room over looked the lake and we sat and enjoyed the view with a nespresso and complimentary cupcakes – so relaxing.

One of my favourite parts of a stay at Kilronam Castle always has to be the wonderful Resturant – if you enjoy fine dining or something a little different then you will be in the right place! It is rich, locally sourced and astheticlly pleasing!

I was obviously far too busy munching to get a pic of our main courses but I can assure you they were fabulous!

As always a comfortable nights sleep and a gorgeous breakfast in the morning. I can assure you my faith and love for Kilronam Castle have been fully restored and I would definitely recommend.

My next stop will have to be a stay at the sister hotel Lough Rynn Castle!
